I've been keeping up on things going on in the middle east as much as possible since Friday.
While changing your photo to green and saying "We're all thinking about you" isn't going to free the Iranians, there are things you can do. You can set up proxies and re-post protest photos that are being censored and taken down.
This is an important moment in our times for freedom and overlooking it, just isn't possible. Stand with the people who're still fighting, and for the people who've died.
Photos are reposted in a blog that isn't linked on dA. In an attempt to avoid any possible accusations that I'm taking credit for actually being the photographer.
I plan on doing another political piece to show my own support, like I did for prop h8. I'm glad you're doing this though, it's always very encouraging to see that my good friends care about the world they live in.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
